The girls tried building a snowman, but no luck with it being a flat sheet of ice. We went out slipping and sliding. This is Emily’s show pig “Chester”. He has grown to a whopping 218 lbs. and is 2 weeks from showing at Loy Lake in County 4-H. He is a happy go lucky kind of pig. I am very proud of Emily for working so hard. There have only been a few times she wasn’t up early feeding and that was because she was sick. She has taken very good care of her pig. Shopping centers fill up quickly and the restaurants you can’t even hardly get in on Valentine’s Day. With it being on a Saturday this year we planned ahead. We took advantage of going out and spending a day together on Friday! Leaving Saturday for those crazy young love birds that are willing to wait for hours (been there and done that). We took the kids to Strikz Entertainment in Frisco for Friday Fun Day! Strikz offers 20 standard state of the art bowling lanes and 12 boutique lanes in the Rose Room. We took advantage of the Rose Room! The Rose Room is a unique private/semi-private state of the art bowling area featuring 12 boutique lanes with lane side food and beverage service, couches, HD TVs, and a gigantic 23′ HD screen showing music videos or sports.
